Discovery & Counseling: Post 10th Standard
We start by looking beyond the mark sheet. We identify students with the "Upadhi Attitude" resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to work hard. We provide professional counselling to help them explore diverse career paths beyond traditional roles, aligning their natural strengths with market opportunities.
The Foundation: Higher Secondary & College
During these critical years, Upadhi provides both financial assistance and structured mentorship. We bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world skills. Students are paired with professional mentors who provide regular check-ins, guidance on elective choices, and emotional support to navigate the challenges of higher education.
Professional Bridging: Internships & Skill-Building
As students enter the final years of their education, our focus shifts to "Employability." We assist in securing internships, providing soft-skills training (communication, digital literacy, and professional ethics), and ensuring they have the the right attitude needed to compete in the modern workforce.
